BUG FIXES

Rider retirement didn't always remove them from a team - fixed

If a riders contract was terminated, the team wouldn't sign a replacement rider - fixed

Teams budget reducing too low so no riders could be signed - fixed

Very rare issue where a factory team wouldn't sign 2 riders - fixed

Rare issue where a riders circuit setup didn't increase - fixed

+ a few small issues that many players won't have had

The game is now bug free.
