Just a few small changes recently

Adjusted rider injury effects, now stats affected more realistically due to length of time out injured

Slight change to tyre wear due to track temperature

+ other small tweaks to rider performance and machine upgrades.

This will be the final update to MGP Manager for now, so enjoy the game, feedback is always welcome
