GPM500 Manager

Inspired by the 500cc bikes of the early 90's, MGP500 Manager will allow the player to take control of a GP team starting in the 1993 500cc World Championship. Similar to the previous game MGP Manager, MGP Manager Season 2022 by mgpmanager (itch.io), this game will differ in many ways.

20+ years ago the bikes were lightweight 500cc 2-strokes,  there were no limits on the number of engines that could be used during the season, no tyre allocation, no testing limits, no electronics, no GPS data so it was a very different era of racing. 

This game will reflect  these changes and more. Each rider will have 2 bikes to use during test & practice sessions and each can be fitted with different versions of components such as chassis, as R&D produces new parts. Rider's will gain XP with new parts as they are used, and lap-times between 2 different kitted bikes can be compared to help decide which bike is fastest.

If a rider crashes during a session, the bike he was riding will be unavailable until it has been repaired in the pits.

R&D can be carried out at any time during the season, not only after official tests
