Added a rider debrief session - inform your riders of your opinions of their performance, each rider reacts differently to criticism or praise.

Added a General setup focus which focuses on all setup areas in a more general way, less setup increase than focusing on one area.

Rider screen now displays more machine familiarity information:

C - Chassis 

F - Front end

E - Electronics

R - Rear end

Fixed a bug where the track temperature was sometimes displayed as zero degrees.

Fixed an issue with items incorrectly displayed when a players rider is injured.

Fixed an issue with machine upgrades not correctly displaying when applied.

Corrected race laps of Indonesian GP to 27 laps.
